- Show up on time for jobs.
- Pay agreed amounts on time.
- Provide honest reviews.
Don't
- Use offensive or abusive language.
- Cancel at the last minute without cause.
- Discriminate against any user.
- Attempt to bypass platform safety.
Safety & Verification
Verification is the cornerstone of trust. We encourage all workers to complete their KYC and all employers to verify their business details.
- Profiles with verified badges receive 3x more engagement.
- Providing false identification is grounds for permanent suspension.
Violations
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in:
- Temporary account suspension.
- Removal of job postings or profile visibility.
- Permanent ban from the platform.
