As a registered Worker, you are expected to provide accurate information regarding your skills and experience. You agree to fulfill accepted jobs to the best of your ability and maintain professional conduct at all times.
Employers must post legitimate job opportunities with clear requirements and fair wage expectations. You agree to treat all workers with respect, ensure safe working environments, and process payments promptly upon job completion.
Contractors utilizing the platform to source workforce teams assume full responsibility for project oversight and worker welfare. Contractors must not misrepresent project scope or delay agreed-upon wages.
Mazdoor Setu acts solely as a technological bridge (marketplace) connecting supply and demand. We are responsible for maintaining platform uptime, securing user data, and facilitating communication.
Mazdoor Setu explicitly states that there is No Employment Guarantee. We do not employ workers directly, nor do we guarantee that workers will find employment or that employers will find suitable candidates.
The platform relies on a Ratings and Reviews system. Users agree to submit truthful, objective feedback. Mazdoor Setu reserves the right to remove retaliatory or abusive reviews.
Users are solely responsible for any User Generated Content (profile text, job descriptions, chat messages). Discriminatory, illegal, or harassing content is strictly prohibited.
While we attempt basic KYC, a Verification Disclaimer applies: Mazdoor Setu does not perform extensive background checks on all users. Employers should conduct their own interviews and diligence.
In the event of conflicts between users, Dispute Resolution should be handled directly between the parties. Mazdoor Setu support may mediate extreme cases but assumes no legal liability for unresolved disputes.
A strict Liability Limitation applies. Mazdoor Setu, its founders, and affiliates shall not be held liable for personal injury, wage theft, or property damage occurring during jobs sourced through the platform.
All Intellectual Property related to the Mazdoor Setu app, website, logos, and algorithms are solely owned by Mazdoor Setu Technologies.
We enforce strict Account Suspension policies. Accounts found violating community guidelines, spamming, or circumventing platform rules will be permanently banned without notice.
These terms are governed by the Governing Law (India). Any legal proceedings or lawsuits must be filed within the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
