Your Profile Data includes personal photos, Aadhaar details (for KYC verification), language preferences, and work availability. This data is displayed to potential matches to foster trust.
We collect Skills Data such as specific trades (e.g., masonry, plumbing), experience level, and daily wage expectations to ensure accurate algorithmic matching.
Worker Data includes past job history, employer reviews, and overall platform activity. This data is essential for generating a reliable worker profile.
Employer Data and Contractor Data encompass business details, job posting histories, and company size. This information helps workers make informed decisions regarding employment.
Mazdoor Setu heavily relies on Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Storage) and Google Services. All data transmitted through these services is encrypted in transit and at rest, complying with Google's enterprise-grade security standards.
We utilize Analytics Usage tools (like Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics) to monitor app performance, track crashes, and understand user behavior. This data is anonymized wherever possible.
We adhere to strict Data Retention policies. User data is retained only for as long as the account is active. Transactional data may be retained longer for legal compliance.
